Linux箱 HDDチューニング [他パフォーマンス改善]
Linux箱のHDDベンチマークは
まじめにベンチマーク Mac ⇔ Linux箱=RAID箱 Sambaでね☆
にてお伝えしたとおりですが、実はHDDアクセスについて
チューニング済みだったりします。
チューニングには、hdparmを用います。
詳しくはこちら
RAID箱で文字通り、RAID化されているため、ほとんどのチューニング
パラメータの設定ができませんが、
「ファイルシステムの先読みセクタ数を取得・設定する」-a オプションは
設定可能でした。
ベンチマークは
hdparm -a2048 /dev/sda
としており、標準では256です。
標準の256の場合のベンチマーク結果は
